Plan. Act. Reflect. Learn.

MindAction gives you practical tools inspired by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). You choose the pace. Trying part of a plan counts as much as finishing it, and there are no streaks, scores or pressure to do more.

  1. Plan

Choose one small, meaningful step and a time that feels manageable.

  2. Act

Try it in real life. A partial attempt is still an attempt.

  3. Reflect

Notice what happened, in your own words.

  4. Learn

See what you learned and decide what to try next.

Three tools, one journey

Start with an activity. When a belief or a problem gets in the way, bring in an experiment or a problem-solving plan and link them together.

The Plan an activity form with a text field for the activity, an optional description and category choices.
